Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.starsquash.com (the “Site”) operated by Star Squash, LLC (“Star Squash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the Services

The Site is an informational marketing website describing court construction, refurbishment, programming, and financing services offered by Star Squash. Specific scope, price, schedule, and other commercial terms for any actual engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement between Star Squash and the client. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to enter into a contract.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, and for legitimate business purposes related to a potential project with us. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest the Site
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, or probe for vulnerabilities
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including the layout, design, text, images, code, and trademarks (the “Star Squash” name, the wordmark, and any associated logos), is the property of Star Squash or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for the permitted uses in Section 2.

Third-party marks shown on the Site, including “CGG,” “CGG Squash,” “SquashTigers,” and “Orangish,” remain the property of their respective owners and are used here with permission or under fair use.

4. Submissions

Information you submit through the proposal-request form or by email — including descriptions of your facility, photos, and other details — is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to share what you submit and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Financing and pilot programs

Star Squash is preparing a financing offering in which a defined share of future bookings (collected through a third-party platform) may repay the cost of construction or refurbishment, secured by a standard UCC-1 filing against future receivables. The offering is not yet generally available. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit, securities, or partnership. Pilot terms are negotiated and signed individually and are subject to underwriting, applicable state regulations, and the parties' written agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Renders, photographs, dimensions, timelines, and pricing examples are illustrative and not commitments. See the separate Disclaimer for additional notices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Star Squash or its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site (separate from a signed project contract) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Star Squash from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
